Cosmix Makeup School: Fashion, Film, Print & Beyond

Cosmix is a school of makeup artistry dedicated to providing students with the technical training required for a career in the fashion, entertainment, and beauty industries. Our program has been designed to meet the needs of serious makeup artists who want instruction beyond the basic makeup school training intended for those interested in working in a salon or at a cosmetics counter. Our graduates work in a diverse range of careers, including collaborating on magazine shoots and fashion shows; working on music videos; providing freelance services for weddings and other special events; and working with stage and screen actors and celebrities.

Unlike some make up schools that have a single instructor, we have a whole team of professional makeup artists who are here to train you in the techniques you will need to know to succeed in a number of different areas in this industry. We offer a number of different specialized makeup courses that allow you to focus on an area of expertise related to your career goals, as well as a basic course perfect for beginners and those who may have worked at cosmetics counters but have never received formal makeup training before. In addition to experienced instructors and a variety of course options, we have a number of resources that allow the students studying at our school of makeup to have a truly hands-on learning experience. These include a makeup studio, photo studio, student store, and resource center.

Our makeup artistry school is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With world-famous beaches and a wide array of shops and restaurants in the area, there is plenty for our students to see and do when they aren't busy with their makeup classes.
