These scholarships are available to Florida residents. For those who qualify, these scholarships provide $2000 tuition assistance for the Master Makeup Artistry & Master Makeup Artistry Pro programs and $1,000 tuition assistance for the Production or Fashion Makeup Artistry programs. Applicants must submit a scholarship application and show proof of Florida residency for over 1 year. Apply now>
For those who qualify, Artistic scholarships provide $2000 tuition assistance for the Master Makeup Artistry & Master Makeup Artistry Pro programs and $1,000 tuition assistance for the Production or Fashion Makeup Artistry programs. Applicants must submit a hard copy portfolio, link to an online portfolio, or email a minimum of 6 images of 6 different works to email@example.com in addition to their scholarship application. There are 3 types of scholarships:
Creative Potential- this category includes all forms of art including makeup artistry and is for non-professional artists.
Professional Artist- this category includes drawing, painting, ceramics, clothing design, photography, graphic design, and other art mediums (not makeup artistry).Creature Artisan- this category includes character (injury simulation, aging, hair work, bald caps, zombies & prosthetic appliances & other special makeup effects).
For those who qualify, these scholarships are available to licensed cosmetologists, facial or full specialists, or nail technicians. Makeup artistry schools give a more in-depth education on makeup than cosmetology schools. For those who qualify, these scholarships provide $1000 tuition assistance for the Master, Production, and Fashion Makeup Artistry programs . Applicants must submit a copy of their cosmetology, nail, or skin care license in addition to their scholarship application. This may be combined with an Artistic or Florida Residency scholarship.
This scholarship is in honor of an industry legend and former instructor at Cosmix. It awards $10,000 in tuition assistance for the Production or Master Program annually to an individual who shares the passion that fueled Jay Cannistraci in his successful career.
